We stand behind every product with a 60-night satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, reach out within 60 days of delivery and we will make it right.
How to start
To begin a return or report a problem, email us at contact@whitejade.xyz with your order number and a short note. We respond within 2 business days.
Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 60 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, opened consumables (sheet masks, serum, crème) cannot be resold — in most cases we will issue a refund or replacement without requiring you to ship the item back.
- Devices (the Red Light Face Mask) should be in working condition; we will send return instructions if needed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement or refund you in full — no return required.
